Warranty

At Kiyomi, we are committed to the quality and craftsmanship of every piece. All online purchases are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, offering complimentary repair or replacement when applicable.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from regular wear and tear, improper use or storage, third-party modifications, or lost or stolen items.

Return & Exchange Policy

Exchange

Exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Kiyomi reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the returned item is not in its original condition, shows signs of wear, damage, alteration, or does not match the item originally purchased.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested piece is unavailable, a store credit may be issued.

Customized or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for exchange.

Refund

Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Refunds may be refused if the returned item is damaged, worn, altered, or not the same item originally purchased.
